Don't forget sweets for your sweetie
Try chocolates with a vodka martini or just a chilled glass of vodka, American-made from Idaho potatoes. Teton Glacier Potato Vodka fills the bill.
Try this with the vodka: Place the bottle in the freezer for a few hours or more. The silky liquid becomes lightly syrupy. Chase the vodka with a fine chocolate truffle. Let it slowly melt in your mouth as it joins the vodka - lovely stuff.

Potato state creates world-class vodka
Why shouldn't the state that turns out the best french fries also make one of the best vodkas?...
Frankly, some of us have difficulty tasting the difference between a great and not-so great vodka. but the Teton is smooth and soft, with little after-taste and ample viscosity. Tastes like vodka, not potatoes.
